The process which I went through for selection of different target groups based on the intrinsic motivation & behaviour change
I was trying to get a balance between extrinsic & intrinsic motivation from the target groups. Mapped them in a hierarchy w.r.t. motivation based on tangible incentives. Since I could not give a universal incentive for multiple target groups to provoke their extrinsic motivation, I decided not to offer any tangible incentive to the volunteers who are already self-realised & willing for the service.
