A brief about the work in Post Order
At AJIO, I take up the ownership of Post order experience and have worked on multiple projects sizing from Small to XL complexities. Here at AJIO Design team, we follow a double diamond design process usually to solve problems. This involves creating PRDs, conducting research, building themes, finding insights & opportunity areas, brainstorming, working with hypotheses, testing with users, and delivering solutions with the right vision to solve users' problems. I wear multiple hats at times and work with various stakeholders on a daily basis. 

Some of the key projects I have worked on are:

1. Improving the user flow for transfer of cash from AJIO Wallet to Bank - Link to Project
2. Improving the experience of cancelation of orders - Link to Project
3. Communication of redemption logic in AJIO Wallet 
4. Introducing a Convenience Fee to create friction for users with a high return rate and yet improve the NPS score for the return experience. 
At AJIO, individual designers own certain verticals and all the project are their sole responsibilities.
