Project Brief
To reimagine navigation experience and accelerate the expansion of new stores experience under all the product segments by accommodating curated stores .The project also focused on improving the visibility of curated stores to users for improving the business.
Roles and Responsibilities
It was a design initiated project. I spearheaded the design initiative partnering with product team, engineering team & business team. Some of the responsibilities which I took care are Design thinking, Ideation, Visual Design, User Interviews, Stakeholder Management, Refining the final solution.
